The Origin of Our Flagship Leadership Development Program


Our comprehensive flagship Leadership Development Program emerged from a pressing need voiced by one of our key clients in the financial services industry. Facing high turnover among their top talent, and with a small internal HR and L&D team, our client was struggling to provide the hands-on development needed to support talented individual contributors stepping into people-leadership roles.
