Advancing Women. Strengthening Leadership. Driving Results.
While our core services are designed for all leaders, our women’s leadership offerings are tailored to address the unique barriers, opportunities, and moments that shape women’s leadership journeys. We combine science-based insight, executive coaching, and practical skill-building to help women grow with clarity, confidence, and impact.

Why Focus on Women in Leadership?
Women continue to face distinct challenges navigating visibility, influence, and advancement in today’s workplace. Research shows that without targeted support, even the most high-potential women can stall in mid-level or rising leadership roles.
Our Women’s Leadership Accelerator helps close that gap—empowering women to lead with authenticity, navigate complexity, and step into larger roles of influence.

From Our Founder:
Why This Work Matters
At The Violet Group, our commitment to advancing women in leadership isn’t a trend—it’s personal, professional, and deeply rooted in evidence.
Dr. Stefanie Mockler, Founder and Managing Partner of The Violet Group, has spent her career researching and addressing the systemic challenges women face in the workplace. Her TEDx talk on why gender diverse teams helps organizations thrive, her doctoral research on gender and parental discrimination, and her widely shared writing on LinkedIn and in other publications reflect a clear throughline: women deserve better support, and organizations can do better.
As a leadership coach and organizational psychologist, Stefanie has worked with hundreds of women navigating leadership transitions, visibility gaps, and career pivots. Her mission—and the mission of TVG’s Women’s Leadership Accelerator—is to ensure women are not just included in leadership pipelines, but equipped to thrive in them.
Through targeted coaching, cohort-based learning, and organizational change, this offering reflects the belief that advancing women strengthens business outcomes, deepens culture, and reshapes what leadership looks like.
“Supporting women in leadership isn’t simply a side project. It is leadership work.” – Dr. Stefanie Mockler
